Confirmation of the conformity of the company's management systems with the demands of the ISO 9001:2008 international standard

Rusagrotrans CJSC — Russia’s largest infrastructure provide of rail-based grain freighting services — has announced that it has received an ISO 9001:2008 Certificate. The certificate confirms that the company’s quality management systems (QMS) meet the international standards expressed in the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 documentation.

In summer of 2012 the company first passed its successful audit in its application for 9001:2008 international standards certification. The renewal of the certificate following a further audit process is a confirmation of the new determination for development of quality management systems at the company, and the company’s determination in unceasing improvements in quality in all areas of its business. This means that the pre-certification work at the company demands attention to every aspect of the company’s work. The audit processes carried out during the 9001:2008 inspections were undertaken by Bureau Veritas Certification, a world leader in quality standards audits.

During the pre-certification QMS audit, Bureau Veritas Certification noted the high levels of client-oriented management, exceptional interactive cooperation with clients, the competence and professionalism of the staff, the high degree of development of management systems and the automation of company processes. The opinion of the group of auditors confirmed the renewal of the issue of a 9001:2008 certificate on 2nd June 2015.

This means that today Rusagrotrans CJSC has hit new high standards in the development of quality management systems, which conform with the highest international standards, and are implemented through the company’s innovation solutions.
