Freight Pricing Calculator

Rusagrotrans pricing policy, as applied to any and all types of freight shipped by the company as well as to all shipping directions, is based on the following principles:

Principle of balancing mutual interests. During the establishment of a particular price or tariff special attention is paid to the record-keeping and the balance of interests of the Company as an effectively operating commercial entity, which must on the whole conduct loss-free operations, as well as the interests of consumers, investors and regulatory authorities. The Company reserves the right to introduce, at its own discretion, temporary changes in its services rates and in conditions for providing its services, if a sudden change were to occur on the services market in terms of pricing or demand-supply environment.

Information access principle. The Company shall provide full and complete informational support for its pricing (tariff) policy making sure that all consumers, investors and regulatory authorities have easy access to the materials related to its pricing policy.

Uniformity principle. Basic principles of the uniform pricing policy and condition for establishing current rates shall be uniformly available and mandatory for all company clients.

Predictability (consistency) principle. Rates will be established for a certain period of time (regulation period), in order to lower investment risks and to experience growth of economic certainty (stability) for the consumers of company services. A change of rates prior to the originally specified period of time is possible only if special circumstances occur, which hamper the implementation of the Principle of balancing mutual interests.

Principle of rate calculation ease (transparency). The establishment of a company service rate occurs in accordance with rigorously defined criteria, which are understandable for consumers, investors and regulatory authorities. The method of rate calculation and the resulting rate are open for everyone and clear to all consumers.
